Important note Students from Central and Eastern European countries applying for a travel grant may delay payment of the registration fee. To do so, indicate in the special request field (step 3 on the registration form) that you are "applying for a travel grant" and choose payment by bank transfer (step 4). You do not have to do the bank transfer immediately. When the results will be known, and if the application is accepted, the registration fee will be directly deducted from the travel grant. The remaining money will be handed out on site at the Forum in Amsterdam. If the application is unsuccessful, you will have to pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer. To do so, edit your registration form and proceed with the payment. Abstracts for which registration fees are not covered by either a travel grant or payment by April 15, 2010 will be removed from the programme and will not be published.
