GENERAL INFORMATION
At the FENS Forum 2010, the Network of European Neuroscience Schools (NENS) together with the Local Organizing Committee offers the following two services to those who are looking for a job and those who have a job to offer.
Stickers
The Forum bag will contain stickers for the badge to identify you with "PhD job seeker" or "Postdoc job seeker" and "PhD job giver" or "Postdoc job giver".
Hospitality suites for interviews
Institutions and companies can register for 30 minutes time slots in
NENS Jobs fair hospitality suites, to receive candidates for their job vacancies. The hospitality suites will be equipped with a table and 3 chairs, power supply and WiFi internet. The location of the NENS Jobs Fair hospitality suites will be published in the Programme book.
Booking can only be done by (non-student) registered scientists or delegates from the companies and non-profit organisations of the exhibition. Sign-up will be automatically confirmed by an e-mail; a definitive booking e-mail will follow in March 2010. At the meeting a NENS rolling slide show will display the bookings so that interviewers and interested candidates can find out what happens when and where.
Reservations are only possible electronically by the form below until July 1, 2010, and thereafter at the FENS booth of the meeting. Booking is free of charge, but reservations are handled on the basis of "first come first served".
BOOKING FORM
Booking of a 30 minutes time slot in a hospitality suite will be confirmed by an automatic e-mail of the FENS Forum organization secretariat. Cancellations should by e-mailed to this secretariat of Ms. Els Borghols, LOCsecretariat@fensforum2010.eu
The content of the booking form will be displayed at the Forum unless it is cancelled in time. More than one booking can be submitted, but in case of overbooking, a single slot will be available (* required fields in the form).
