The organizers have now completed the list of sponsoring options. Any of the sponsoring items below can be honoured only after approval by the Local Organizing Committee who has the right to reject.
For name linkage to particular parts of the scientific programme in addition approval of FENS, the chair of the Forum Programme Committee (PC) and the speakers involved is required.
Conditions and pricing as well as instructions how to apply for any of the items are listed on a FENS Forum sponsoring options document available as PDF file (click here). For all sponsors a link to their websites on the FENS Forum 2010 website including their logo will be free of charge. - Main sponsorship
The FENS Forum 2010 offers main sponsorship to maximally 3 companies.
- FENS Forum 2010 programme name linkage
Organizations, institutions and companies may support the scientific programme by linking their name to parts of the scientific programme.
- Company-organized meetings
Companies are entitled to organize a scientific gathering (early evening hours) or a workshop (Saturday July 3, 2010).
- Advertisements in programme booklet
Advertisements in the programme book can be placed in black & white as well as in colour print, and for the back and inside cover in full colour only. Non-profit organizations will receive a discount whenever it concerns "classified" b&w advertisements such as meeting announcements, call for grants, call for abstracts, etc. (see also Exhibition
page)
- Forum bags
A single company may deliver quality bags with their logo and the FENS Forum print or companies can pay for their logo on the bags produced by the organization (maximally 2 companies).
- Inserts in Forum bags
Advertisements and brochures can be placed in the congress bags either as single sheet or as flyer or booklet.
- Lanyards
A single company may deliver lanyards with their logo, or, companies can pay to have their logo on the lanyards produced by the organization (maximally 2 companies).

- Mailing of personal invitations
The congress management can send your personal invitations to all pre-registered or subsets of preregistered delegates after the deadline for early registration.
- Logo showcased in coffee & tea corners, on drinking water coolers, at entrance or at the commercial exhibition
- Hospitality suite
Hospitality suites can be situated on the first floor balconies at one of the sides of the main poster and exhibition hall thereby over viewing all activities in the main hall.
- Company social at Conference Centre
- Internet corner
The sponsor's name will be displayed on the PC screens and on promotion boards in the Internet Corner, which will be located in the exhibition area.
- Wi-Fi spots
Companies may sponsor the entire Wi-Fi system in the RAI Convention Centre (company logo on login page).
- Meeting mail & message system
- Slide preview room
The sponsor's name can be displayed in the presentation preview room and named as <your Company> Presentation Preview Room in the programme book.
- Message / business centre
The sponsor name will be displayed on the screens and printouts of the messages for the delegates.
- Jump the FENS - multicultural student party
A large multicultural student party "Jump the FENS" will be organized in the Melkweg in Amsterdam downtown on Monday evening July 5. Companies may be
interested to sponsor part of the programme.
- Welcome reception
After the opening ceremony and plenary lecture, FENS will organize a welcome reception with free snacks and drinks. Companies may be interested to sponsor part of the programme.
